Rates at our B&B in Weymouth are per room, per night, based on two persons sharing and include breakfast. Please note that these are the 'From' rates, which will vary depending on time of year, length of stay and weekday or weekend stays.
Low Season - late September to late April excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter:
High Season - late April to late September plus Christmas, New Year and Easter:
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 5 years of age. A child sharing a room with an adult, will be charged at full adult rate, unless otherwise agreed.
For stays of one night, a small supplement may be added during busier periods.
On booking, we request the equivalent of the first night as a deposit, with the balance due on arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable. Debit Card payments are free of charge, Credit Card payments incur a 2% fee.

* Please note that in consideration of future guests, smoking is NOT permitted within the Bed and Breakfast, but we have a small outside seating area where we are happy for guests to smoke. If guests are found to have been smoking in the rooms, we reserve the right to charge a further one nights' accommodation to cover extra deep cleaning costs.
* Check-in time at Greenwood is between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival (unless agreed directly with ourselves) and check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. PLEASE NOTE WHEN BOOKING: We are unable to accommodate parking on day of arrival, prior to 4pm, which is our earliest check-in.
* Please note that all damages and / or accidents at our B&B must be reported before departure and paid for in full, at our discretion. We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave without notice and without refund, if deemed necessary.
Please note that the deposit is taken on the day of booking and is non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival (or if there is a no-show), we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking, if we are unable to re-let the room(s). We strongly recommend that our guests have adequate travel insurance.
